Leonard A. Cole is a political scientist at Rutgers University-Newark N.J., where he teaches science and public policy. He is the author, most recently, of The Anthrax Letters: A Medical Detective Story.
An expert on biological, chemical, and nuclear terrorism, he has testified before congressional committees and made presentations to several government agencies including the U.S. Department of Energy, the Department of Defense, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
