John Prados nsarchiv@gwu.edu John Prados is a National Security Archives senior fellow and co-director of its Iraq Documentation Project. He holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from Columbia University and has authored many books and articles on the subjects of the National Security Council, the Central Intelligence Agency and the Vietnam war. His book on the National Security Council and another on intelligence in the Pacific in World War II were both nominated for the Pulitzer Prize. His most recent book is Vietnam: The History of an Unwinnable War, 1945-1975. His articles have appeared in Diplomatic History, Intelligence and National Security, Scientific American, Military History Quarterly, The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, Survival, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, The Boston Globe and The VVA Veteran. |
